With over 20 years of experience as a Business Leader in the Luxury Retail industry, I drive consistent top performance through maximizing and identifying opportunities for achievement through people, product and promotions. My core competencies include building high-performing teams, and creating valuable relationships. I am a certified trainer in Situational Leadership® Essentials (a proven model for developing effective leaders and teams), and a certified facilitator for The Energy Project - People Fuel (a program to maximize effectiveness through managing energy). My achievements have been recognized with multiple awards for sales, leadership, and innovation throughout my career.
