About Marques Williams

My role – make things easier! Generally, that starts with a good conversation resulting in an exchange of ideas. Since selling newspapers as a kid, I can remember making people at ease and comfortable, leading to talks which made our interactions more enjoyable. The same has held true in my professional career with customers and co-workers. As much as I like to keep things loose and put people at ease, I am a “fixer” at heart and the overachiever in me pushes to make sure I find a solution and see it through. My kids think I am always working, but when I do break away from zoom calls and presentations, the free time I have is spent at their dance lessons, sporting activities or attempting to get a Peloton workout in. Tomorrow is another day, but there’s still today for me to continue learning and thinking of new ways to help others stand out and excel.
