As the Director of Human & Pharma Relations at Rx Outreach, I partner with dedicated professionals who are passionate about providing affordable and accessible medication to low-income and uninsured individuals and families. With over 15 years of experience in human resources, operations, and customer service, I have developed and implemented strategic initiatives that enhance employee engagement, performance, and retention. My mission is to empower and enable my team and organization to achieve their goals and deliver on their promise of serving the community with compassion and excellence. I leverage my credentials as a SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) and my education in gerontology and adult education to design and deliver effective and relevant training, coaching, and mentoring programs that address the needs and challenges of our diverse and dynamic workforce. I also champion change and innovation by embracing new technologies, processes, and best practices that enhance our efficiency, quality, and impact.
