I am a huge people person so finding myself employed as a Customer Service Manager seemed to be a natural fit for me. There is nothing better than working with people and businesses and solving issues or helping them find the right product for their store. For the last 30 years, fulfilling my career choice with Teters Floral Products, Inc. has provided the excitement and challenges to sharpen my skills and motivate me to come to work every day. The company has decided to transition this department into a Sales and Service role with an emphasis on becoming a business partner to help the smaller business grow, which I am excited to tackle. The love of helping people doesn’t stop at work. I am on the missions committee at our church and also represent our church as a Toy Chairman for Polk County Share Your Christmas which I am responsible to find other volunteers to work to provide toys for ages 5-7 years, which is both fun and rewarding. It is a full time volunteer experience with heavy emphasis from Oct-Dec.
