Marsha Held, President of Property Tax Adjusters, Ltd. Marsha received her BA from Kenyon College in 1972 and her Masters Degree in Educational Psychology and Statistics from SUNY Albany in 1979. In 1980 Marsha co-founded Bridge Hampton Real Estate, negotiating large home and land sales on the South Fork of Suffolk County. Marsha was also a hearing officer for Suffolk County, Nassau County and New York City; settling property tax disputes between homeowners and their respective municipality. In 1991, Marsha decided she would be more helpful to homeowners by directly representing them in these tax disputes and co-founded Property Tax Adjusters Ltd with her partner, Elyse Sachs.
