About Marsha McPhee

With an entrepreneurial mother as a role model, it was a natural evolution for me to become passionate about business and finance. Once I found my niche over forty years ago, beginning at the U.S. Small Business Administration I never looked back – except one year as a math teacher at Baltimore City College and eight years as Office Manager at Morgan State University, and culminating as a Commercial Loan Specialist at SECU. I love impacting processes at SECU resulting in a zero audit as opposed to industry-wide 15% error rate. It is in the details that I find challenges exciting; challenges that push me to a higher standard. At the end of the day, I feel rewarded and satisfied that our members are positively affected by what I do on a daily basis. It is why I love SECU!
