I REALLY like to build things - cool things that customers will love. How do I do this? It typically starts with building, leading and empowering cross-functional teams that get the job done. Basically, bring awesome people together and make sure the team can thrive without the noise. Second step: tackling complex business challenges to uncover new ideas and solutions to grow the playing field. Need lots of sticky notes for this step. Third: focus on the customer, and digging really deep for insights. Digging is the operative word here, because real product magic is found a few layers deep when you really know what makes your customers tick and what it is they truly value. Fourth: Prototype to test hypotheses and riskiest assumptions. Basically try to break the solution before moving on to MVP and scale.
