I am a sales leader who specializes in start up companies, turning struggling sales forces around and building winning sales teams. For over 30 years I have honed my skills as a salesperson, sales manager, Vice President of sales and sales trainer. I consider myself an expert of the sales process. My strengths include, recruiting, motivating, training and building successful sales teams. During my career I have held both monthly and yearly sales records. Received many awards including salesperson of the month multiple times, salesperson of the year, and sales manager of the month multiple times. As Vice President of Sales and Training I helped a start up alarm company grow into a multi million business. It eventually sold for $70 million to ADT. As Vice President of Sales and Training I took a struggling home improvement company on the edge of bankruptcy and helped turn it around. It took less then one year to turn the company around. Annual revenues doubled, closing percentages increased to 49.8%, the company broke a record for annual sales in 2018 and was recognized by Qualified Remodeler Magazine as one of the 100 Fastest Growing Home Improvement Companies in America. I personally started a retail music store that I owned and operated. It was recognized by NAMM (National Association of Music Merchants) as one of the Top 100 Independent Music Stores in America. I was also chosen to speak as a keynote speaker at the National NAMM show in 2009 on the subject of How To Market Your Independent Music Store. I took over a struggling Furniture Franchise as an owner operator and turned it around. I expanded it to 2 stores and then sold it. I have experience in retail sales and management, business ownership, home improvement industry, Timeshare, wholesale distributing, B2B, B2C, and in home one call close selling.
