I am associated with Cognizant from April 2014 till date, as Sr. Business Analyst – Operational Excellence. I was associated with Amelio from December 2012 till January 2014, as General Manager – Operations. I was responsible for providing leadership and management to the business and fully responsible for the day- to-day running of various departments. Also to focus on developing programs that delivers efficiencies and playing a leading role in the mobilization, development and implementation of robust operational processes. I was associated with Reliance MediaWorks Ltd since May 2007 till February 2012(4 years and 10 months).I joined as an Area Manager for Operations handling operational, training & licensing activities of theatres located in the 3 southern states (TN, AP, Karnataka).I was then within a year given additional responsibilities of Business Development and project set up. In April 2011, I was transferred to the Marketing India Department of Reliance MediaWorks Ltd and given the post of Manager – Marketing (South). Prior to this I was working with Sathyam Cinemas (11 months) where I joined as an Asst. Manager for their Call Centre and Customer Care and was promoted within 5 months to Manager – Theatre operations. Initially I started my career at Allsec Technologies (3 years) as a customer support officer.
