With a BBA in Economics from Baylor University, I have a strong background in business concepts and analytical methods. I also gained skills in various business fields, such as marketing, accounting, finance, and management, through my coursework and projects. As a data associate at alliantgroup, I support the delivery of data-driven solutions for clients in diverse industries, such as manufacturing, technology, and energy. I use my skills in customer relationship management (CRM), customer service, and data analysis to ensure the quality and accuracy of the data, and to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. I am a hard worker with a high standard of excellence, and a passion for learning and growing. Before joining alliantgroup, I worked in the food and beverage industry as a bartender and a bar manager at Lagoonfest Texas, where I learned the basics of the industry, and demonstrated leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities. I handled multiple tasks and challenges in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, and delivered excellent customer satisfaction. I also gained experience in inventory management, staff training, and event coordination.
