About Marshall Heim

Capable, outgoing leader interested in sports management with an emphasis in business while utilizing leadership and team-building skills. I have always migrated toward sports throughout my life. Fortunate enough to participate in multiple sports throughout high school, I now transition my focus into the behind-the-scenes aspects of the sports industry. Hands-on experience is one of the most crucial steps into the sports industry. Holding an assistant lacrosse coach experience helped me learn about scheduling games and day-to-day operations. Directing a summer sports camp helped me see more into the financial aspect of sports which was a huge step in a great direction. I currently hold a position as a Gameday Operations Intern with the Knoxville IceBears Hockey Team. This position allows me to see all the behind-the-scenes aspects of gameday. This ranges from player interactions, pre-game setup, and even on-ice events during intermissions. My top goal is to become a professional sports agent.
