About Marshall Moody

I have been lucky to have worked in the music business almost my entire adult life. I started working in sales on the retail level (small and large companies), and moved into teaching guitar, customer service, distribution, and have been on the road as a full time guitar player. At SMC, I started out as an Inside Sales Rep, and I had moved up to Eastern Regional Sales Manager, then spent a year as warehouse manager; to fulfill the needs of the company. My strengths come from my experiences in every aspect of the distribution process, from order entry to shipping, returns, credit & rebills, research and solving of problems. I have a very solid knowledge of the entire process. I now work as an Operation’s Supervisor for GXO applying everything that I have learned to a non-music related company. Specialties: Office/Order administration, customer service, smiling, multitasking, problem solving, being easy to work with, music, guitars.
