With a doctorate, master’s, and bachelor’s in business and ICT, I bring 27 years of healthcare digital experience and currently serve as CIO of an integrated delivery network, accountable for digital strategy, operations, and regulatory compliance. My expertise spans enterprise architecture, digital innovation, cybersecurity, and the alignment of clinical and business needs with digital dynamic capabilities to deliver results. I have directed portfolios for large integrated delivery networks, leading complex EHR and ERP programs, interoperability initiatives, software and AI development, governance, and budget stewardship for many hospitals and care sites. My doctoral research on digital transformation and CHIME executive credentials (CHCIO, CDH-E, CHISL) demonstrate my ability to integrate theory and practice to support ongoing strategic renewal and measurable outcomes.
