About Marshall Scott

I have developed a broad set of marketing knowledge and deep experience in Marketing Automation, with certifications in Marketo, Pardot, SharpSpring and Hubspot. I am also a CRLA certified mentor and have served as a Peer Mentor, Professional Mentor, Guest Lecturer and Career Coach. I have training and experience with Content Manager CMS, Chat/Conversation marketing, API integrations, Database management/CDP, Event management, Email/ESP and deliverability, analytics and BI, HTML/CSS, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Content creation, general Marketing Operations, Project Management, and organic Social Media; all which set me up for success in a number of roles, whether they are multi-functional or specialist-oriented. I am currently working in Cleveland and remotely in the following roles- Performance Marketing Operations Manager for Trimble Transportation, where I administer the Martech Stack - specifically the Marketo instance, managing technical operations and communications in the tool, and am responsible for database management, technical development, and integrations including Salesforce- Member of the Board of Directors for Hitchcock Center for Women and member of the Governance committee- Member of the Board for the Kent State University Alumni- Professional Mentor and Guest Lecturer for Kent State University. Community involvement and volunteerism has always been a passion for me, from before and into my college career. Upon graduation, I found opportunities to extend my role as a mentor with Kent State and have had the opportunity to be a guest lecturer and professional mentor to many students.
