About Marshall Tway

LeaderChaos ManagerComplex Problem SolverProject ManagerAsk Me About SheepdogsMy name is Marshall Tway and I have spent the last twenty years being all of those things (yes, even the sheepdog). I am a former US Army Officer with 20 years of experience managing change, solving complex problems, and leading teams in stressful and ambiguous environments. I have commanded in combat and have led a combat support organization of 145 people. I have been responsible for the healthcare, feeding, logistical support, vehicle maintenance and human resources support of a 500 plus person organization. I bring value by finding efficiencies through common sense approaches, finding new ways of doing things, and making difficult things Thinking Strategically - Creating alternative ways to proceed and spotting relevant patterns and issues. Ideation - I love ideas and am able to find connections between seemingly disparate phenomena. Learning - I have a desire to learn and want to continuously improve; the process of learning, rather than the outcome excites me. Activation - I can make things happen by turning thoughts into action.SPECIALTIES Plans & Project Management Operations Training Management Employee Development Being a Sheepdog (I know you want to ask, and It’s not what you are thinking)If you would like to talk about the value I can bring your organization, or ask me about the Sheepdog thing, please message me on linkedin or contact me at:(910) 691-5082 marshall.tway@aggienetwork.com
