About Mart Lankots

I initiate and structure spatial development and regeneration projects. My work begins at the stage where a site — new or existing — needs direction, alignment and long-term meaning. I work both with new developments and with the revitalisation of existing districts, campuses and public environments that require renewed purpose and identity.I define the big picture: why the place exists, how it should function, and how it creates long-term social and economic value. I bring together property owners, municipalities, investors, architects and strategic partners into a coherent framework and shared direction. My focus includes:– launching new real estate and campus-scale developments– revitalising and repositioning existing areas– defining spatial strategy and positioning– structuring stakeholder ecosystems– shaping governance and operational models– integrating mobility logic into spatial developmentWithin KOSMOS, I lead the strategic initiation and alignment phase. Our team then develops the spatial identity, detailed concepts and implementation frameworks that translate strategy into built reality.A core competence of our team is wayfinding — creating orientation systems that connect architecture, movement and user experience into one coherent spatial language. One of my strengths is translating abstract intent into spatial structure — seeing the concrete within the idea, and giving meaning and atmosphere to the built environment. My work sits at the intersection of spatial strategy, partnership building and long-term place value creation
