About Marta Blanquer

My career at HP has spanned 20 + years where I have enjoyed various functions of the business, from Marketing Executive in 2002 to where I am today. I’m currently Large Format Communications Lead here at HP. I enjoy working collaboratively with my team and key stakeholders across business units responsible for developing and implementing communication strategies that reflects HP's mission and values. To engage and inform internal and external stakeholders supporting HP's goals and objectives. As well as developing and managing communications plans for key initiatives and events. I particularly enjoy helping build employee engagement, trust, and confidence. Whilst broadcasting EVP to internal and external stakeholders, including potential colleagues and business partners. Our teams work together to create a culture of inclusion and diversity and innovation. I believe that by creating a culture where everyone feels welcome, we can work together to build a more sustainable future. Volunteering is a big part of my role here at HP. I really enjoy working with our teams and the wider communities through fundraising and engagement initiatives. Outside of work, my time is spent with my family and the many activities that children bring. I love to read, when time allows. Although volunteering and fundraising is a part of my professional role, it is also a part of our family life and something that I am very passionate about.
