About Marta Capossela

I am both a hard worker and a reliable person. I am game for new adventures. I am a people person and I am not afraid of meeting new people or working in a team, as well as a cross-team.My prolonged periods abroad (Russian Federation, Estonia, Switzerland, Georgia), gave me the chance to gain good communicative and social skills in multicultural contexts and good skills in dealing with complex situations and develop a strong sense of adaptation and a problem-solving attitude, especially during my stay in Tomsk, Siberia. Living for more than two years in a complex and controversial country as Russia, has taught me how to think out of the box, find creative solutions for any unexpected issue and good organisational skills gained through my experience as a volunteer at The Hermitage State Museum, having taken part in the organisation of special museum events.Furthermore, I think I have a good knowledge of modern social media, including the Russian VKontankte. I try to better myself day by day creating and enjoying new experiences that, in my opinion, enrich my life and the lives around me.
