About Marta Cotesta

My work experience began when I was 23 years old as a waitress in a pub, an opportunity I took advantage of to break away from the monotony of university studies and begin to interact with the world of work. I've divided and organized my time between school and work until my master's degree in law, which will be awarded in August 2022. Throughout my work experience, first as a waitress and then as an head waitress, I've developed a variety of practical skills. The most important are: personal and workplace organization in order to make work more efficient and prepared for potential deadlines; teamwork and collaboration among employees, working as a gear part of a larger machine and always focusing on the achievement of results; being available to the client for the resolution of doubts and potential problems, aiming to satisfy the client's needs in the shortest time possible while maintaining a cordial and reassuring attitude. I'm a person who is determined to achieve my goals and face challenges with courage. I have a generally sunny, cordial, and friendly demeanor. I enjoy working in groups, but I also enjoy working alone because I have a natural proclivity for personal organization of materials and time management. Working as a waitress has given me a passion for working with the public and cultivating long-term relationships with customers, with the goal of increasing customer loyalty. I've always had a passion for technology that I've nurtured on my own, informing myself through online articles and following the major companies' social media pages.
