Background

About Marta Gach

I combine my background in media and project management with a growing focus on cybersecurity. For many years, I worked in communication, promotion, and content creation - today, I use these skills to strengthen security awareness and culture. I believe that cybersecurity needs to be translated into clear and relatable language - not only for experts, but above all for those who make everyday decisions that shape an organization’s resilience. I am a co-creator of CyberShieldON, an initiative that connects expert knowledge with educational practice. Through my publications, I turn complex cybersecurity topics into accessible insights that help foster awareness and build real organizational resilience. I am currently developing my expertise in cyber governance, awareness, and education, while pursuing a Master’s degree in Cybersecurity at the University of Warsaw (Faculty of Political Science and International Studies). My interests include the influence of psychology, organizational culture, and communication on the effectiveness of digital security - as well as the growing importance of digital sovereignty, both for states and individuals. I believe that effective prevention begins with the language we use to talk about it - and with understanding how technology shapes our independence.
