I began my career in marketing and communication, which gave me a deep understanding of the importance of storytelling and how to inspire change through clear, impactful messaging. Over time, I developed a strong interest in sustainability and ESG, drawn by the opportunity to drive meaningful change at the intersection of business and responsibility. This passion led me to embrace a pivotal role within Nice Group, where I have been part of the Global Quality & Sustainability Department since 2021. In this role, I lead projects that align corporate strategies with environmental and social goals, fostering a culture of sustainability throughout the organization. Whether it’s managing carbon footprint calculations, coordinating materiality assessments, or engaging stakeholders, I thrive on turning complex challenges into actionable solutions. As ESG Manager, I’m dedicated to making a positive impact—both within my organization and beyond—by helping businesses operate more responsibly and create shared value. Outside of work, I seek connection with nature and people, balancing the energy of outdoor sports with the quiet creativity of shaping clay and crafting in the kitchen.
