About Marta Grace

Marta Grace is a Latina Broker, wife and mother of 3. She is driven by her passion to change the real estate industry in Kansas City and owns and manages 2 real estate brokerages in Kansas and Missouri with over 230 agents closing 178 million in sales volume in 2017 and over 200 million in 2018. She is also the broker/owner for a property management company in which she manages over 67 million in assets. She personally owns 15 million dollars in assets as residential and commercial buildings throughout Missouri and Kansas. As a broker for these companies, her goal is to train her agents to bring back customer service and integrity into these industries. She has been recognized with awards for Excellence in Leadership by the international United Real Estate Headquarters in 2017 and received a Velocity Award in 2018 for rapid growth. United was featured in Inc as one of KC's fastest growing companies in 2016 and 2017. Outside or real estate her passion is to give back to the communities that she services by serving as a board member for 2 charities called Reverse Retts and Northeast Community Housing and Development. She is also a proud and active member of Hispanic chamber of commerce Education: Graduated from Graceland University in 2001 with a Bachelor's degree in Nursing. She most recently attended a scaling program with LBAN at Stanford School of Business.
