Currently employed as Sr Project Manager within EMS where I also use my skills as Business Analyst when needed. Within our organization flexibility is key. In the past 12 years working for the organization I have been working on key strategic EMS projects: from launching new products such as SMARTPOS Clover or the introduction of the initial EMS Online Payments tool to my current involvement in AML/KYC regulation implementation. Caring for the organization and its employees, took the role of LSS champion to launch a new way of working and was also member of the Works Council team. Built my financial experience during the >20 years working with American Express ( in Brighton Head office and Amsterdam) where most of my time was spent managing different European operations teams. Between Fin tech industry's jobs I also worked for other non payment industries which I enjoyed as there were different to what I was used to. I learned skills during that time which I have been able to bring with me and utilize in my current industry of expertise I believe on the power of people and how they can be the driver to success.
