About Marta Johnson

I am an experienced corporate training leader within the supermarket industry that focuses on customers, employees and great products. As a leader, I have facilitated large group onboarding and orientation classes and small group training sessions, with developing and enhancing new employee skills and creating an informative and welcoming learning environment as primary goals. Training management skills include developing hard copy and digital training materials, employee handbooks, and user-friendly payroll app instruction materials. I wear many hats performing my job duties in a family-owned business; in addition to training team duties, I also work with our marketing department. This role is primarily proofreading and co-writing weekly and monthly electronic publications as well as our bimonthly magazine - which is published in-house. Working with the marketing team brings focus time and development of creativity and flexible-thinking skills.
