In charge for the strategy and financial performance into the Environmental Risk line of business across Southern Europe (Spain, Portugal and Italy). Highly focused on maintaining underwriting discipline and technical consistency to ensure profitability while supporting the growth of Environmental Impairment Liability (EIL) line of business. It includes also trainings and workshops (internal with UWrs and external with brokers) working close to underwriters, distribution, M&C, engineers and claims handlers as well as Xsell with other Lines to provide the best product to our client. My previous background gave me a huge front line experience directing and coordinating complex projects locally and internationally for major companies. Highly knowledgeable in Environmental and Sustainability supported by a Master in Engineering & Environmental Management. Skilled as a consultant, entrepreneur and auditor in M&A process among other extensive number of projects. Strong communication skills to develop and lead high performance multi functional project teams. Fluent in English, Spanish and Italian, some German (A2).
