I am an international tax and transfer pricing leader with over two decades of practical experience on a managerial level in-house and in various jurisdictions at PwC and Swiss multinational group; leading the global tax function at a tech company with dual headquarters in the USA and Austria; reporting to the group CFO. My specialties: direct and indirect (VAT/sales tax) taxation, transfer pricing, M&A taxation, tax risk management in Europe, NORAM and APAC regions.
