About Marta Robak

At Orlen Synthos Green Energy in Project Controls Team we are working to bring nuclear energy sector to Poland, using first of the kind SMR design. I am helping in managing Program Support Office and aid Project Managers in project delivery. As a planner I'm also responsible for creating and managing project schedules using Oracle’s Primavera P6 program. I have a deep interest in Polish nuclear energy market and its development. Having had past experiencse in working at nuclear research sites I have gained a perspective on unique needs of such places, and grew to seek out an opportunity in this field. Understanding of this uniqe enviroment comes from my education as I have graduated from Warsaw University of Technology with Master of Engineering title in Medical Physics. During the course of my studies I have conducted many research works eg: on the effects of radiation on biological systems and the optimization of radiobiological protection as well as terahertz technology and its potential application in medical imagining. In my previous job experiances eg: as a Researcher Physicist at Scope Fluidics, I had been applying my expertise in medical physics to develop innovative solutions for diagnostic and therapeutic applications as well as expand and improve company’s patent portfolio. I have also worked as an R&D Analyst at Leyton, where I supported clients in the healthcare and biotechnology sectors, at funding and tax incentives for their research & development projects. Lastly, I have gained my first experience as an Application Engineer at Sygnis SA, where I have researched applications for state-of-the-art biotechnological and medical innovations for Polish market. I have completed Oracle's Primavera P6 Advanced Training for project and schedule development & control. I have strong skills in Microsoft Office tools as well as Sharepoint's Power Apps and Oracles Power BI reporting. I'm experianced in data analysis, consulting, project management and support, building good relationships with contractors across the globe and conducting research with R&D Teams. I'm passionate about advancing in the field of radiation physics and radiological protection in nuclear site projects.
