About Marta Sadlon

I’m a hands-on manager with a strong background in industrial environments, where I’ve worked on everything from actuators and valves to highly complex control systems for energy generators. Over the years, I’ve developed a knack for tailoring management strategies to fit both mechanical and software projects, no matter how challenging or fast-paced the environment.I’m passionate about leading cross-functional teams, especially in international settings, and I’m not afraid to make tough calls when needed. For example, I made the life-changing decision to relocate from my hometown of Krakow to Fort Collins—a move that taught me how to adapt quickly and embrace change head-on.With a PMP certification, a post-diploma specialization in Project Management, and a love for Agile practices, I thrive on connecting the dots, solving problems, and driving meaningful change. Whether it’s finding solutions in rapidly evolving situations or bringing people together to achieve a common goal, I’m all about delivering results while keeping the bigger picture in mind.
