About Marta Stolarz

I walk through the world of construction with passion as a Project Manager, fascinated by BIM technology, constantly striving to push the boundaries of what's possible in the industry. In my work, I constantly seek ways to leverage modern technologies - particularly artificial intelligence to optimize project and business processes in the construction industry. I’m fascinated by the practical applications of AI in BIM, task automation, and data analysis, all of which can significantly enhance project efficiency. I actively test and implement new tools that have a real impact on team performance and the quality of delivered solutions. As a leader of multifunctional teams, I not only direct software projects related to BIM technology but also create a space where our client's business and technological problems find their solutions. Here, in my daily work, my passion meets reality, transforming ambitious visions into tangible, functioning solutions. The foundation of my education is a diploma in civil engineering, and I continuously expand my knowledge - among others, I am a graduate of postgraduate studies in "BIM - modelling and managing information about buildings, infrastructure, and construction processes". It was during these studies that I delved into the secrets of modelling and managing information in construction processes, which allowed me to fully utilize the potential of this technology in practice. One of the milestones in my career was participating in the construction project of the Southern Quarter for OUOW Żelazny Most. This facility is one of the first of its kind in Europe, where BIM technology has been used on a large scale. There, at the crossroads of engineering and innovation, I was able to contribute significantly by serving as a BIM Specialist on behalf of the contract engineer. My several years of academic experience at the Faculty of Civil and Water Engineering of Wrocław University of Science and Technology not only allowed me to develop personally but also to share knowledge, shaping future generations of engineers. It was at the university, by conducting educational courses and engaging in research, that I gained new perspectives, which today are invaluable in my daily work. I am ready for new challenges and open to collaboration.
