Prior to joining Kolter Homes, she worked as a Sales and Marketing Manager for Berkshire Homes, Colorado’s premier award winning builder. While at Berkshire she capably handled responsibilities which included, organizing high-profile projects, public relations, trouble-shooting, and representing the company in all aspects of the Design Build process, working with the most distinguished Designers and Architects in the industry. Martha enjoys spending time with her family and friends golfing or boating or just taking a walk. She also enjoys cooking and expanding her artistic horizons.
