I have over 20 years of customer service experience. I put myself in the place of the customer and strive to treat each one as I would want to be treated. I strive to influence my coworkers into having the same attitude. I like working in a fast-paced environment, juggling many projects. I have over 10 years administrative support experience. I am capable of doing general office duties such as filing and answering phones. I have experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. In addition, I also have experience with Intuit QuickBooks. Having the experience that I have in all of these fields, I feel I have the knowledge and know how to be able to manage and/or train if needed.
