As the Research representative on a Development team, I worked to address challenges and to provide/generate sections for the various Regulatory documents that accompany drug launches and product support. With my experience, I have been able to quickly develop methods that identified new target classes within one year; with an additional year, I dead an outstanding group of scientists from ideation to lead identification toward proof-of-concept. My experience in in vitro, ex vivo, and in vivo model development allows to me identify and manage agreements with CROs to address the specific needs of the projects within the budgetary constraints.
