About Martha Millar

I am a podcast producer working across production and development for factual podcasts, including limited-run narrative series, episodic and always-on shows. I am used to taking the lead on productions and overseeing projects from pre-production to final delivery. Beginning my career in TV, I have over three years of experience developing and producing award-nominated programmes (BAFTA & Emmy) across multiple genres and broadcasters, including the BBC, Netflix, Channel 4, Channel 5, and global programming. I am keen to utilise my skills in both mediums (audio and visual) whether that’s developing a podcast pitch for TV adaptations or working on a companion podcast. As a history graduate, I'm eager to apply my academic skills and interests to my work. Skills include: Working with high-profile talent, building strong relationships with sensitive contributors, securing access to exclusive communities and esteemed institutions, managing the production of multiple episodes, pitching and developing ideas, interviewing, scriptwriting and editing.
