Following are some of the highlights of my career: Headed project management for investigator-initiated studies, including studies submitted to Health Canada. Managed national and site-level trial essential documentation in a record amount of time. Ensured compliance with procedural documents, ICH-GCP, and federal and provincial regulations while leading trial sites in Canada. Ensured on-time regulatory submissions, institutional agreements, CRF design, EDC management, and study implementation. Recognized as National Research Coordinator for The Canadian Alliance of Pediatric Rheumatology Investigators National Juvenile Idiopathic Arthritis Registry (CAPRI Registry) with 20 sites across the country with 1,100+ patients. Managed a Juvenile Idiopathic Arthritis (JIA) study with 10 sites across the country with 176 targeted patients. Designed online ethics applications for various multi-centre and investigator-initiated studies. Ensured 100% compliance, readiness, and assurance. Launched and expanded remote monitoring project from Mexico to Latin America and six other countries.
