As a licensed clinical social worker and practicing psychotherapist, I’ve provided culturally responsive, trauma-informed care to individuals navigating complex mental health needs. This firsthand experience informs how I design systems, shape policy, and lead initiatives that are both evidence-based and human-centered. My work spans nonprofit, academic, government, and global settings. I’ve led system-level initiatives to expand behavioral health access in Baltimore, conducted HIV research with the Botswana Harvard AIDS Institute, and supported nationwide health evaluations through USAID’s GHARP program. I specialize in population health strategy, program evaluation, quality improvement, and collaborative capacity building.
