Bij de LelieZorggroep, toen nog zorggroep Rijnmond, in 2006 gestart in de functie van activiteitenbegeleiding centrale activiteiten. Door reorganisaties achtereenvolgens de volgende functies bekleed; ab-er kleinschalig wonen, medewerker zorgsecretariaat, vrijwilligerscoördinator en tenslotte service-coördinator. Vanaf maart 2016 weer terug in de functie van activiteitenbegeleidster. Het begeleiden van activiteiten en mensen, organiseren en problemen voorkomen en oplossen is mijn sterkste kant. Sinds november 2019 werkzaam als coördinerend woonbegeleider.
