About Marthe Berner
After spending some time working in content marketing, sales, and support at different stages in my career, I discovered my passion for user-centered design by observing how users can struggle with ineffective solutions. Working in these fields deepened my empathy for users and led me to explore user experience and design principles. As part of my career switch, I completed a comprehensive bootcamp at IxDF, which gave me a solid foundation in UX/UI design. Before this, I also completed a one-year program at Emergence, a hands-on school focused on creating impact through project work and leadership. This experience equipped me with tools like agile methodology and user-driven processes which I now bring into my work. What I love about UX/UI design is that it combines problem-solving with creativity, allowing me to develop solutions that add value to users. I approach my work with a lifelong learning mindset, always eager to expand my skills and improve step by step.
