About Martijn Brons

Born and raised in the northern part of the Netherlands and moved to Amsterdam for the creative industry. Currently working as Creative Strategy Director at AndAgencyAmsterdam, where we work for a variety of clients and create campaigns, activations and long-term projects in the field of influencer marketing, PR and social. We work for clients such as PUMA, L'Oréal and Amazon Prime Video. Previously I have worked at XITE where I set up new business and strategy of marketing and branded content campaigns with advertisers such as Lipton, Foot Locker and Media Markt. After a few years Brand Partnerships Manager, I became Brand Marketing Manager at XITE, where I was responsible for the strategy and execution of marketing and brand campaigns of XITE and with partners. After XITE, I have worked at Transavia as Sr. Content Specialist, where I was responsible for the owned media channels of the airline's channels during corona. On January 2021, I started working at & .agency and became a strategist for the digital marketing agency. Over the past year and a half, I have set up a strategy and tied several clients to the agency. Amazon Prime Video, PUMA, Sunweb Group, OPEL, The Athlete's Foot and several Maxxium brands have become the key clients of the agency.
