About Martijn M.

Hi, I'm Martijn Meijer, owner of MM Productions. Let me tell me some things about myself, so you can get to know me a little bit better and so you can get an idea of who's behind MM Productions. I'm 17 years old and I live in Assen, a small city in Drenthe, the “country” part of The Netherlands. I'm a “Hollander” in hart and veines, my motherlanguage is Dutch, but I also speak English & German. I like designing anything digital, from video's to posters and from website's to logo's, I also like mountainbiking, gaming and I'm addicted to coffee, that might explain the Café theme on this page. I started getting creative online a the age of 14, we had to make a short film for one of our classes, it was horrible, but we loved doing it and I really enjoyed spending hours and hours editing our “masterpiece” XD. After the first short film there came a second one, wich was also pretty bad, but again, we enjoyed shooting and editing the video. To make it even more serious I thought it would be nice to make a website for our productions, MM Productions was born. The website looked awfull, but for the time, and for the knowledge I had, I was satisfied. After a few weeks I re-created everything the logo, the website, everything. I loved creating all of it, but never thought of stepping up the game, I wanted to be a cop. since I was 6, so why change plans? Well the idea of joining the force became weaker and weaker, after I created more and more websites, logo's and other graphic related stuff. After a while I decided I should make my work from my hobby, so I went to the school of arts and multimedia, and that's where I'm standing right now :) Just a little time ago I, and a friend of mine, Mark Bax, really wanted to step up the game we really want to make it online, and we are working hard on it!
