My long-standing commitment to this field evidences my passion for bridging the gap between brands and people. My personal values centre around authenticity, kindness, and integrity and are woven into my professional career through my sincerity and person-centred approach to working with brands I respect. I believe a brand is simply the difference between the customer's expectation and experience, and the prospect of creating demand for brands excites me. This is largely fuelled by my enthusiasm for 'design thinking' – holistic thinking for change, centred around individuals.
