I am an experienced mapping driver, navigator and surveyor and in 2025 I returned to my old mapping company Apple Maps driving the brand new BMW X1 M35i and using their new camera and mapping system. Previously from 2020 to 2024 I worked for Google Street View using the new Dustbuster car and mapping system, and completed my fifth consecutive season with them. I have also gained useful experience working for several other mapping companies in a similar role, including Uber Mapping and Here Maps. Based in the Birmingham area close to the main motorway road networks, with quick access to M6, M6 Toll, M5, M54, M42, A5, A38 etc. I am motivated, enthusiastic and reliable; willing to do everything to achieve targets and minimise downtime issues. This includes mentoring new drivers and carrying out repairs to mapping equipment. I am used to working on my own or as part of a team and staying away in hotels for long periods. I am a non-smoker and do not drink alcohol or take drugs and I have a clear DBS report, a GB passport and a clean driving licence.
