Over 16 years experience within Retail Banking, currently acting as a Risk business partner to the 3 Community Banks within Lloyds Banking Group. Prior to my current role I spent 12 years leading Flagship single unit and Multi Branch teams. Having had great success in the Bank Manager role, building a strong reputation as a Senior Leader within the Branch Network, I utilised my experience into a new role within the Community Bank Risk team, acting as risk support to the business to deliver the right outcomes for colleagues and customer. My leadership strengths in judgement and influence have enabled me to utilise the experience gained from my Retail background to set strategy at a high level and provide solutions to conduct and operational issues. Responsible for delivering strong business results every single year, achieved through a foundation of people development, internal and external recruitment, and situational leadership skills. A reputation for detailed business analysis and problem solving, a creative thinker with the ability to influence large teams with my passion for customer delivery.
