With over 10 years of experience in the agricultural industry, I am a dedicated and skilled Operations Supervisor at Sollio Agriculture, a leading cooperative network in Canada. I oversee all daily production of seeds and other tasks on site, ensuring quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. I also supervise the work force in the facility, providing guidance, support, and feedback. I have a strong background in retail sales, problem solving, and purchase orders, which I acquired from my previous roles as a Team Leader at Advanced Drainage Systems and a Production Maintenance Supervisor at Centre de Criblage Marc Bercier and Maheu. I am passionate about improving the agricultural sector and supporting the farmers and communities we serve. I am fluent in French, English, and Spanish, and I have a Technician degree in Agricultural Production Operations from the University of Guelph.
