Started at the agency side of Recruitment, worked- for several national- and international key accounts at VONQ and currently CCO @MrWork. Within MrWork I'm responsible for scaling and professionalizing the sales teams and together with the leadership team expand our business models. Responsible for 50% YOY growth (2020-current), expanding business verticals, accelerate outbound sales, scaling the enterprise and mid-market sales teams, minimizing churn, hiring & onboarding a Business Development & Account Executive team and building the partnership fundamentals. Happy to help and work for international logo's such as IKEA, Teijin Aramid, CZ, Enexis, NN, RoyalHaskoningDHV, TBI, Plus/Coop & f.e. Baker Tilly and help them professionalize recruitment with the help of our recruitment marketing automation software suite.
