Recent Graduate of Western Michigan University Haworth College of Business with Bachelors in Integrated Supply Management and a minor in Business Analytics. Strong experience with Excel/Microsoft office. Lean Six Sigma (Yellow belt certified). Experience in supplier relations, materials/ production management, and logistics management from my internship in the automotive industry, for a tier 1 supplier. Below are some of the following duties I performed. • Analyze supply and material plans with production schedules in accordance with sales forecast, plant and employee capacity to ensure customer requirements are fulfilled and that parts are being ordered, produced and shipped. Identify and communicate issues and bottlenecks. • Responsible for validating the correct inventory levels in our ERP system PLEX, taking into consideration demand volatility and lead times for components/suppliers. • Create inventory analysis reports using excel and PowerBI. Using cycle count data from recent inventory counts, determine what parts were unaccounted for or lost, where and what container that happened in; and what the dollar value of that loss is. • Monitor the OTD status of supplier releases and shipments in Real Time for overseas suppliers to ensure a consistent flow of material. Typically watching over 8-12 shipments at a time.
