I started Martins Meats back in 2003 whilst beef farming, and it was my passion for truly great beef that led me to set up my own butchers where I could oversee the whole process from producing high quality rare breed cattle, using traditional methods of ageing the meat, combined with new modern ideas from America of using pink Himalayan rock salt to produce the best possible tasting meat. My business has grown strongly and we now supply over 230 restaurant and hotels, including businesses in Cornwall and throughout the South West and the Cotswolds. We have won many awards for our dry aged meat. We now have Martins Fish based in Saltash Cornwall processing and supplying fresh fish throughout Cornwall, South West and the Cotswolds.
