About Martin Gonzalez

I am an Army Medic currently working as an instructor at an academic institution training sergeants and staff sergeants on medical skills, logistical medical operations, and leadership skills development. I am also a developer of the curriculum, creating and designing training packages based on identified gaps of medical training. As a medical operations sergeant; I updated, reported, and served as a liaison for all medical related issues for a personnel sized unit. As a combat medic I provided pre-hospital care to casualties overseas and while state-side I did patient intake, vital signs, and assisted in outpatient procedures. I also have experiences in the fields of logistics and human resources, working as a supervisor for a driving program and representative/trainer for Equal Opportunity program and Resiliency. In the driving program I have trained over a hundred candidates in different military vehicles from compact to two and a half ton trucks. As an Equal Opportunity representative I took complaints and conducted training for company sized units. As a resiliency trainer I taught skills and techniques that gave people an avenue to overcome everyday obstacles. I am a hard worker and professional, dedicated to the vision but also practical with expectations. I am creatively intelligent when it comes to dealing with obstacles which has made me an indispensable person for many of the places I have worked at.
