About Martin Grim
From a young age I have been interested and captivated by cars, their shapes and details. The way their designs express emotions and their surfaces creates expressions. I sketched cars, read articles about them, collected car books and built model cars to better understand and experience their physical shapes from all angles and the thoughts and ideas that through creative processes and development lead to the final designs. By learning 3D modeling in softwares such as Alias (incl. Vred), ICEM Surf and Catia while studying Technical Surface Design at YRGO I now create 3D models of existing car designs and other products from blueprints, photos, sketches and design breifs.
