A highly skilled and motivated people leader and developer with extensive sales management, sales force effectiveness and compliance experience, built over 26 years through my leadership roles and responsibilities in both General Electric (GE)- an organisation well regarded internationally for its training and development of people leaders at all levels, and also People's Choice Credit Union. Career highlights: The team I lead (Ballarat Branch) was awarded "Branch of the Year 2021/2022" at the Retail & Virtual Awards for the entire network. The team I lead at Ballarat was announced as winner of the People's Choice Credit Union "Inspiring Team Award" for Quarter 3, 2019/2020. The team I lead at Ballarat achieved 3rd placing nationally in the 2019/2020 Annual Inspire Awards, in the "Inspiring Team Award" section, with People's Choice Credit Union. First GE Branch Manager in Australia to achieve an "Excellent" rating for a Compliance & Audit review (2001). First GE Branch Manager in Australia to achieve a result of 100% in an Environmental, Health and Safety Audit (2006). Recruited, trained and mentored in excess of 50 employees during my 27 years management experience. Presented at the GE Money Sales Leadership Conference (2006) to 400+ delegates.
