I am a senior public affairs executive with over two decades of experience across banking, law, government, and consulting. I work at the intersection of government and business including through Parliamentary hearings, inquiries, policy development and deal approvals. I hold a doctorate in financial regulation and offer expertise across a range of policy areas, including consumer protection, markets competition, technology, remuneration and governance. With a history of building constructive relationships across a range of stakeholders, I also have a deep interest in developing the teams I work with. Highlights • Lead role in securing the Federal and Queensland government approvals for ANZ Bank’s $4.9 billion acquisition of Suncorp Bank. • Prepared senior executives for >20 appearances before parliamentary committees. • Advised the Financial Stability Board on South African derivatives policy and led international teams on regulatory assessments for structured products and benchmarks.
